My good friend Bart approached me the other week with two excellent questions that I want to pose to you. Here is the first question, but I am going to hold you in suspense and release the second one later:
Question 1: Why do some of us wake up at the same time every day, and when we don’t, we get a headache?
Does this happen to you? Do you wake up at precisely the same time every day, say for example, 6.13am? Do you feel out of sorts if one day you sleep in? It doesn’t affect me personally, so I asked around the office and received a mixed response… Please let me know your thoughts. I look forward to your answers…
Be wise and have fun

Hi Juan, I personally find that my body gets a little sore if I laze in after a long week. Fortunately I rarely get that chance thanks to my two beautiful boys who like to get up early.
I personally feel our bodies are telling us it is time to rise in the only way they know how, pain!!
Look forward to seeing you in October.

Because we release the “wake up” hormone cortisol and growth hormone which makes you fell unwell if you stay in bed - and some people release more of these hormones as part of their Circadian rhythm than others! Hope this helps
Hi Juan,
Jane Rowland here, I’m a new agent…
I had a question the other night which I was not sure about the answer - hope you can help…..
Is it true that you get more out of your sleep if you go to bed at least 2 hours prior to midnight????
Your answer is appreicated…
Thanks
Jane
