Why do teenagers sleep late?

    This is something that makes sense.
    A Harvard study demonstrated that our teenagers sleep generally 1 to 2 hours less every day compared to teenagers some 100 years ago. These takes place in one of the most crucial moments of their development!
    I am sending copy of the article to my wife… She still has issues when our 17 years old daughter sleeps until 11:00 AM.
