In order to ensure high quality, Wenatex products undergo continuous internal testing.
The Wenatex test laboratory in Austria has its own mattress testing machine according to DIN 1957 and LGA directives. This machine makes it possible for us to perform stringent and precise tests on the durability, loadability and resilience of mattresses, which in turn allows us to fulfil our goal of offering our customers the highest possible quality and comfort in sleep.
It is well recognised that European standards are among the highest in the world both in quality and process. Wenatex products undergo a wide range of tests both internally and via external agencies to ensure the highest quality standards are met and maintained.
The materials and workmanship of the Wenatex products are tested at regular intervals by renowned, independent institutes. During the course of these external quality tests, all of the products are subject to stringent and heavy-duty endurance tests and analyses.
TUV Rheinland LGA Products GmbH
Tests for quality, durability, harmful substances, emissions, ergonomics and safety.
Tests the ergonomic functions in regard to “pressure relief” and “body support”.
Hohenstein Institute
Tests carried out with bacteria strains and mould fungi.
Awarded the “antimicrobial / skin flora neutral” Seal of Quality.
German Furniture Quality Association
Security in terms of a long service life and perfect functioning of the respective product.
Requirements put in place for the protection of health and the environment.
Oeko-Tex
Product underwent chemical testing for various harmful substances (e.g. heavy metals, pesticides, plasticizers).
Certifies that it contains no harmful substances and that the article therefore is harmless in human ecological terms.
The product underwent high-quality, recognized, and independent testing.
OQA
Certifies the excellent quality of products made in Austria.
