Online and Small Orders: All online and small orders are processed within 24 hours of payment when purchased on a business day and on the next business day if purchased on the weekend or public holiday. When making an online purchase, you will receive an email with the tracking number so that you can easily track your order.
Large Orders: Large orders including mattresses and bases will be processed within 48 hours after payment is fully processed. You will receive a phone call once your order has been shipped to arrange a delivery/installation date. On average, you will receive your Wenatex products within 1-2 weeks of placing your order, depending on location. Special orders may take a little longer.
Yes, Wenatex The Sleep System is a registered NDIS supplier.
Yes, the Wenatex mattress is suitable for use on a typical slat base in proper condition. We do not recommend its use on a wireframe or solid base.
Depending on what you have been used to sleeping on, it can take time to get used to a new mattress. The amount of time can depend on the individual but you should give yourself 2-4 weeks to get used to sleeping on your new mattress.
Every Wenatex Mattress is individually tested for correct purpose against very stringent standards. It’s because of these high standards and superior quality controls, the Wenatex mattress will deliver proper comfort and orthopaedic support for years, and is covered by a five year guarantee.
In general it is recommended that you replace your mattress every 8-10 years. However, we have found that customers are sleeping on the Wenatex Mattress for much longer then that.
Have a look at the base or platform that the mattress is placed on. It is vital to have a base or platform that does not sag and supports the mattress throughout. The newer, more advanced version of the mattress is unlikely to sag even after years of normal use. The original version may start to feel different after 10 or more years. This being the case, please contact us for individual advice.
Wenatex SilverMed Deluxe and Wenaflex branded products purchased new have a five-year manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery. All the terms and conditions which apply to the warranty are located on your official order and/or delivery documentation. You must provide these documents should you need to make a warranty claim. In some circumstances, the product must be sent back to Wenatex for assessment. Postage charges are to be paid by the customer.
Taking good care of your system as instructed in the Care Instructions delivered with your order (also available online) will ensure that your Wenatex products will maintain their integrity for years to come. It’s important to take extra care should you need to move the system to a new location.
The Wenatex Mattress is manufactured from materials that provide a temperature neutral environment. Tencel and natural cotton textiles used throughout the system are chosen for their ability to be cool in summer and warm in winter. The mattress core also “breathes” allowing it to adapt to seasonal diathermic conditions. The quilts and pillows use 100% natural cotton and hollow fibres specifically for their climate regulating abilities. Maintaining a cool, constant temperature in the bedroom all year round is also conducive to a good night’s sleep.

The Wenaflex Electric Base is designed to give you additional orthopaedic support and comfort via the five zones engineered into it. It will adjust from a fully flat position to a fully seated position using the supplied remote control. It is important to ensure that the base is returned to its flat position when getting in and out of the bed and while the bed is not being used for sleep.
We offer a number of payment options. You can pay for your purchase via credit card or direct deposit. On our online shop we offer Paypal as the payment method. For the purchase of larger items, such as mattresses and bed bases, we also offer an interest free payment plan via Humm.
We charge a standard shipping rate of $9.95 across Australia. If you spend over $100.00, shipping is free.
Our representative will call you to schedule your delivery date once they have all of your products ready to go. The day of delivery they will reach out to confirm. They will also remove old mattresses.
