Why do we collect personal information?

Examples of personal information we may collect include; names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers. This personal information is usually obtained via correspondence; by telephone, by email and via our website. Personal information collected is then used for the purpose of benefiting the customer. The primary purpose of providing our services and information to our customers. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. In most cases, where appropriate and possible, we will explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.

Information collected via our website

You are free to explore our website without providing any Personal Information. Wenatex The Sleep System collects non-Personal Information via our website, including, without limitation, which sections of our site are visited, how often and for how long. This data is used to assist in the further development of our website and to provide service to our customers.

However, should you complete and submit an online form, Wenatex The Sleep System will collect the information it contains. If you complete the form but then do not submit it, any information which you had entered will not be saved or recorded. Occasionally Wenatex The Sleep System may wish to email you about an event, new product or service. Wenatex The Sleep System cannot guarantee the security of any information that you communicate to us over the internet and you do so at your own risk. Wenatex The Sleep System will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your information is secure once it has been received in our system. When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your Personal Information.

Updating your Personal Information

If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us and we will update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.

Wenatex VIP Rewards Program

The Wenatex VIP Rewards Program allows Wenatex customers who have signed up to the Wenatex online account to accumulate points that can be redeemed for discount coupons for a future online purchase. The Wenatex VIP Rewards Program has two components. One is the accumulation of points that can be redeemed, and the other are program levels.

How it works:

Sign-up – It’s free to sign-up to a Wenatex online account. You must live in Australia and be at least 18 years of age.

Earn points – Once you’ve created your Wenatex online account, you’ll automatically earn points on your online purchases on the Wenatex website. As you accumulate points, you can rise through three levels. Each level gives you the opportunity to earn more points for every $1 you spend. The points you earn are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be transferred to another person.

Redeem rewards – You can redeem your points for discount vouchers. There are 3 different levels of discounts based on how many points you have and would like to redeem.

Membership Levels:

Sleep Newcomer – From 1-1,500 points. Earns 1 point for every $1 spent online.
Sleep Discoverer – From 1,501-2,500 points. Earns 2 points for every $1 spent online.
Sleep Expert – From 2,501 points. Earns 3 points for every $1 spent online.

Redeeming your Points:

You can redeem your points for discount coupons that can be used for online purchases. The discount coupon is valid for 90 days from the time you redeem the points and is valid for one online purchase for product at full retail value. The discount coupon is valid only at our online store and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. It is not redeemable for cash.
Redeem 500 points for a 5% discount voucher.
Redeem 1,500 points for a 10% discount voucher.
Redeem 3,000 points for a 15% discount voucher.

Members must maintain an active Program membership to earn and redeem points. You may opt out of the Program at any time. If you opt out of the Program, you will no longer earn points or be able to redeem points and you will forfeit your unused and unexpired points. Deletion of points is final and cannot be reversed. To cancel a Program membership, please contact Wenatex on 1300 858 139 or email enquiries@wenatex.com.au.

Please note that points cannot be earned for: any purchase made using a reward coupon; store credit or merchandise credit; charity donations. All other purchases will be qualifying purchases.

You can only use one discount coupon at any one time when making a purchase, and it cannot be combined with any other vouchers or discount codes or be applied to discounted items. The voucher will only apply to the product price and will not apply to any delivery costs.

You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by the Company, the Loyalty Program, Participating Properties and Partner Programs, and their authorized third-party agents and licensees in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Statement.

Wenatex reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, including suspending or cancelling any parts of the Program where it may be necessary due to legislative changes, the program is no longer feasible or deemed unnecessarily burdensome for technical or commercial reasons. When we update our Terms and Conditions, we will give you notice in advance either by updating the change on our website and/or by contacting you directly via email.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your participation in the Program or any Rewards earned and not yet used in the event of fraud, abuse of rewards privileges, violation of these Program Terms and Conditions, or at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no responsibility or liability is assumed by the Sponsor for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any occurrences which may affect the operation of the Program and/or Site.
