REFUND, RETURN & DELIVERY POLICY
At Wenatex we take pride in delivering a quality product and give customers a 5-year product guarantee on all Wenatex products. It is important that Wenatex products are used appropriately and that customers follow specific care instructions.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days. Wenatex The Sleep System is not obligated to provide a refund if you change your mind, however we do want to make sure that you receive what you want and are happy to discuss your purchase and resolve any issues. In the event that an exchange or refund is approved, it will be for the purchase price of the items and will not include shipping costs, accessories or merchant fees charged to Wenatex The Sleep System by PayPal, AfterPay or Humm. The cost of shipping exchange products will be charged to the consumer at the time of shipping.
Once you have contacted us and if we have agreed to accept a return for either a refund or credit, the product must be returned in its original condition (i.e. unused) and packaging. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the consumer. You are responsible for safely packaging your return to ensure we receive the items in resalable condition.
If theft or damage occurs to the goods during transit, we advise that you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Wenatex The Sleep System will not be responsible for parcels lost/stolen or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery to you or if an attempt has been made to alter the product.
Delivery
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Wenatex and PayPal containing your order details (if you have provided your email address).
We will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
Your goods will be sent via Australia Post within 2 working days; however, if goods are unavailable, delivery may take a little longer. We will always let you know if there will be a delay in delivering to you.
